I don’t make Waffles often, we are more Pancake persons, but when I make waffles, I always experiment a bit. In my fridge I had few boxes of cream cheese, since we are big fans of these, and one of the box had expiration date in 10 days.
So I decided to make waffles with it. I was little bit disappointed, when I had to take them out of the waffle iron, because they seemed sticky, and I was afraid they will torn. But I was mistaken. These are really, really good – creamy, soft and fluffy, and topped with Strawberry sauce – divine!

Notes
***In Croatia, we are using grams and milliliter. My every recipe has a measuring in cups, grams (milliliter) and ounces. I own cups and spoons measure utensils and I try to be exact when I convert weight into cups, but there is a slight possibility of deviation from the exact amount. Due to differences in measurement, I recommend that you use a kitchen scale, if you have one.
