Crispy wafer sheets filled with chocolate hazelnut filling. This is incredibly easy to construct, no baking required, and will last in a sealed container in the fridge for about a week.
* Before I put the cake in the fridge, I like to put it between two serving trays or something flat and put some weight over the top, so that wafer sheet and cream glue together. Leave it to cold. Then put them in the fridge or cut into rectangles and eat it right away :)
