I use Vegeta all the time. It is fantastic product – It truly is the prince of all spices. A little goes a long way, and you can use it on any kind of food, from meat, barbecue to veggies and of course soups and stews. Vegeta makes the BEST soups. Trust me!
There is a 2 types of Vegeta – one that containing MSG and one without MSG. I generally do not care whether it contains MSG or not, since it is used in small amounts.

Directions:
Sprinkle Vegeta on roasts, barbecues, poultry and fish prior to cooking or add 1 teaspoon of Vegeta per serving during the last 5 minutes of cooking to enhance the taste of soup, stir-fries, rice, casseroles and vegetables.
