German Oven Pancake (Dutch Baby) with Cooked Apples

October 5, 2015 By Mihaela K. Sebrek 2 Comments

Pancake time!!! Who doesn’t love pancakes?! I know I’m not that person. I could eat pancakes like every day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, just give me different topping every time and I’m happy.
But I especially love this German Oven Pancake… Why?! Because you need only a few simple ingredients and 5 minutes of prep time. No standing at the stove, flipping endless amounts of pancakes, just pour the batter in a baking pan, and in 20 minutes you’ve got yourself one big, tasty pancake. Perfect!
Dutch Baby with Cooked Apples

They taste really good plain, only dusted with confectioners sugar, but since apples are in season and my father have an apple orchard behind our country house, my pantry was full of delicious apples, so I decided to make this one with cooked apples. Delicious!Dutch Baby with Cooked Apples
